MeetWing is free (MIT). Terms covering use of the app and what is — and is not — promised.
Acceptance
By downloading or using MeetWing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. MeetWing is provided by shipwithajay (Ajay Kumar Choudhary).
License
MeetWing is free software released under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, and redistribute it subject to that license. Optional tips (“Buy Creator a Chai”) are voluntary and do not buy extra features or support SLAs.
What MeetWing does
MeetWing is a desktop reminder overlay for meetings and personal notes. Calendar features require you to connect Google Calendar and/or Calendly. Personal reminders work without any calendar account.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use MeetWing, for keeping your device secure, and for any content you enter as personal reminders. Do not use MeetWing to violate law, harass others, or misuse third-party calendar APIs.
Third-party services
When you connect Google Calendar or Calendly, their terms and privacy policies also apply. MeetWing only requests the scopes needed to read upcoming events (Google: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly). How MeetWing accesses, uses, stores, shares, protects, and deletes Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy at https://shipwithajay.com/products/meetwing/privacy. Update checks use a public feed hosted on S3 and do not include your calendar data.
No warranty
MeetWing is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect timing of reminders, or compatibility with every macOS or Windows configuration.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, shipwithajay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MeetWing — including missed meetings, lost data on your device, or third-party outages.
Changes
We may update these Terms as MeetWing evolves. Continued use after a posted change means you accept the updated Terms. The current version is always at shipwithajay.com/products/meetwing/terms.
