A personal nudge for the days that matter.
Set a reminder for a specific day — call mom, pay rent, ship the release. MeetWing flies it across your screen. No Google. No Calendly. Just your wingman.
MeetWing
MeetWing is a free desktop app by Ajay Kumar Choudhary. A paper airplane flies meeting and personal reminders across your screen — click-through so it never steals focus. Google Calendar and Calendly optional. macOS 12+ and Windows 10+.
Hang a playful paper airplane that carries meeting and personal reminders across your desktop — calendar optional. Free for macOS 12+ and Windows 10+.
What MeetWing does
A reminder that never steals focus.
Your wingman flies across a transparent overlay. Keep typing — MeetWing never grabs the keyboard or mouse.
Google Calendar & Calendly, together.
Connect either — or both. Upcoming meetings share one flight board with personal reminders, with clear badges.
Twenty colorways and custom jets.
Pick a flight style, drag where it rests mid-path, or upload your own plane. Your reminder, your look.
A tiny menu-bar companion.
Close the window and MeetWing stays on autopilot. Pause every flight — meetings and personal — from the tray.
Platforms
Free for macOS 12+ (universal DMG) and Windows 10+. No account, no trial, no paid tier. Made by Ajay Kumar Choudhary (@shipwithajay).
